All meeting participants introduced themselves, their fields of activities. ERCC director Julija Šešeika presented InnoGastro project, hosting organization in Valencia – Centro Superior de Hosteleria del Mediterraneo, S.L (CSHM), also she showed presentation about region and city of Valencia, content of the training course "Avant-garde culinary creations - gastronomy, products and technologies", presented lecturer of the training, accommodation in Valencia during the course, dates of training and route of travel to Spain. Entrepreneurs were informed that form of educational activities will be blended learning, i.e. online and practical. At the end of meeting entrepreneurs asked question and gave some suggestions for training content. For example, they would like to know the application of molecular cuisine in bakery (not only deserts, but also, for instance white and black bread, cakes).
