Over 7 years ERCC has been involved  with Leonardo da Vinci Mobility projects, which offered internships for students of vocational schools, graduates of higher education institutions and buiness companies staff responsible for human resources in EU countries. The role of ERCC in mobility projects usually used to be to host trainees in Klaipėda and Western Lithuania and organize them qualitative internship in their chosen vocation. 

By being host/intermediate organization ERCC provided the following services described below:

• Arrangement of work placements and/or study visits to business companies, public organizations in accordiance with needs of trainees;
• Accommodation in hotel or hostel;
• Breakfast, lunch and dinners (on demand);
• Welcome meeting and cultural introduction;
• Guided tour in Klaipėda/places of interest in Western Lithuania;
• Various seminars: "Lithuania Through the Ages", "Educational System of Lithuania", "Self-Confidence and Effective Communication" and etc.);
• Certification, including Europass Certificates, if required;
• Weekly evaluation sessions;
• Local transport tickets (on demand);
• Assistance in preparation Final Report;
• 24 hours assistance for trainees while they are staying in Klaipėda (in emergency case).

At the last day of internship ERCC always invites all trainees for Farewell Dinner.
